LOT, I'll never select you to flight anymore. We had a WAW-CDG return ticket for 2 persons. We have been informed when we tried to take the flight back to WAW this evening (LO336 on 18-Jul-2017) that our ticket have been cancelled due to NoShow on the first part (to CDG - Flight LO335 on 04-Jul-2017). The thing is, that at some point, we realise that we wouldn't make it for the WAW-CDG flight earlier than deparature. First point: As soon as we noticed this, we contacted the LOT agency in Krakow and they did *not* mentionned to us that the return ticket would be cancelled because of this. This is not tolerable. Then: we did *not* get any message on any possible way (you have my email address, my phone number, my name, ...) that the ticket got cancelled. This is even less tolerable. It would have save me a lot of money and time instead of trying to book a ticket at the last minute. Now, I know a bit about flight companies (my parents works for one of your concurents), and I chat with your staff at CDG airport, and this is the first time that we *all* see a ticket cancellation due to NoShow. We *all* know that flight companies are making the client pay an extra fee because of this (which I can accept), but *never* saw a ticket cancellation. Finally, even your flyer for compensation in case of irregularities do not mention this. I demand a financial repairation due to all those points, but mostly due to the first two.
